STONE CHAMELEON, Urban Fantasy at its best...

Today we feature STONE CHAMELEON

STONE CHAMELEON,
Nothing urbane about this URBAN Fantasy...

When a series of unusual murders point to Lou Hudson, Ironhill’s equal rights advocate, as the primary suspect, she has but one choice: find the real perpetrator before her trial begins or face execution.

Lou, the last of the jinn, survives by hiding her abilities after the rest of the elementals fell victim to genocide. As a preternatural pest exterminator and self-proclaimed guardian of the innocent, she’s accustomed to trudging through the dregs of society. Hunting down a pesky murderer should be easy, especially with help from the dashing and mischievous local media darling.

For Lou, though, nothing is ever simple. When she discovers the killer’s identity, to reveal it would unearth her secret and go against her strict moral code, resulting in a deadly catch twenty-two.

*******
Now to meet the author... It is great to introduce the amazing  Jocelyn Adams...
Your novel Stone Chameleon has recently been released through Museitup Publishing. Can you tell us a little about what inspired you to write this dark fantasy?  The blurb makes Lou sounds like an interesting character in a desperate situation.

Hi, Rosalie.  Thanks for inviting me.

Normally I have a clear moment of conception for a story, but this one is kind of a blur.

I knew I wanted to try out a different voice and reinvent a supernatural creature that wasn’t often written about, and somewhere out of those thoughts, Lou Hudson was born with her mixture of British and Canadian English.

She’s determined to smooth out the relations between human beings and all of the preternatural creatures that live in her city, all while keeping her jinn heritage a secret as her species was condemned and all but wiped out.

Her lot in life has created an interesting blade she balances on, and because of it, she has become someone incredibly strong and determined to change the prejudices of the world.

She already sounds like an exceptional character.

Did Lou and her henchmen follow your plot path or did they take on a life of their own? Do you keep paranormal characters in check?

Oh, goodness, no.  My characters rarely turn out how I initially envision them.  I don’t plot anything, just have a name and a general description, then let my fingers fly.

I struggled with Amun’s character (Lou’s potential love interest) and had to reinvent him a couple of times.

Another main character in the book began as a straight-out villain who was only supposed to play a bit part, but has now become an integral part of the series.

Sometimes I feel like I’m trying to walk a bunch of giant dog on leash, and sometimes all I can do is try to keep my feet under me while they drag me where they want to go.  J

Or two small dogs. LOL. I have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels that create the same effect!

You spend time with a compound bow? What an interesting hobby. What is the most unusual experience you have had while shooting?

It’s a great hobby that gets me outdoors a lot in the summer.  When my hubby and I were in high school and shooting at our local club, we very nearly stepped on not one, but two skunks hidden in the grass.  By some miracle we weren’t sprayed.  Needless to say, we took a little more care while wandering the course after that.
Goodness that's a great incentive to watch where you put your feet. hehe. Thankfully we don't have skunks here! We still need to watch where we walk. :)

How much of your life is reflected in Lou’s adventure?
There was a lot of me in my first main character, Lila Gray, but only a little of me in Lou.

We both have a love affair with toast and we’re attracted to hulking Scotsmen in kilts, but beyond that, we’re not very similar.

It was a challenge writing her because her voice is so different from my own.

An interesting concept, Jocelyn, writing a character so different from yourself and to do it successfully. I think that is a skill in itself.

Have you always been a writer?
I’ve only been writing since late 2009, actually.  It wasn’t something I even considered trying even though I loved writing poetry and short stories in high school.

It was one of those door closing, window opening kind of things that launched me into authordom.  J

What drew you to the Dark Fantasy genre?
Back in 2009, my career took a left turn, leaving me with copious quantities of time on my hands.  A friend of mine suggested I read the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton.

That series totally ensnared me from page one.  It was the one that made me want to write.  I love dark and gritty stuff, so naturally that’s what I ended up writing, too.

Thanks for sharing a little about Stone Chameleon.
Thanks so much for having me.  It’s been a pleasure.

Now for a glimpse into STONE CHAMELEON.

Excerpt:
A flare shot over the rooftops to our left. I dove at Blake and slammed him to the pavement as another column of fire streaked toward us. The flames seared my back. The dragon bat was not a happy camper. Someone landed on my backside, crushing a grunt out of me and pounding my shoulder blade while Blake gasped beneath me.

“Bloody hell, Amun,” I said, before I realized he did it to put out the flames eating up my shirt. “Oh, I see. Thanks.”

He pulled me up, and the three of us ducked behind a car in the parking lot beside the Whip and Tickle, a vampire fetish-wear shop. The owl-sized bat swooped over us again, blasting an inferno that exploded the front window of the shop, sending studded leather and melted mannequins onto the sidewalk.

Three of the other creatures we’d hunted lay dead on other streets, the scorpion included, all by my sword when I’d been left with two options: kill or die. Twelve more were contained in three trucks. The bat remained the only unwelcome visitor in Fangtown. Other than us, of course.

“This is madness, Lou.” Amun panted beside me, his arms rising to shield his head as the bat exhaled on a Mini Cooper two cars over, the crackling and popping suggesting we should find a new hiding place.

“I agree with Mr. Bassili,” Blake said, his drawl worsening with his fright. “What the hell in a hand grenade do we do now?”

Rudy poked his almost translucent head out from behind the newspaper boxes he dove behind during the first fiery blast. The poor guy shook so badly I’d have been surprised if he could see anything. I gestured to him to stay put. “We’ve scared it, not something you want to do to a dragon bat.” A deep exhalation centered me enough to think. “I seem to recall the pecking order in a colony of bats. If we want protection from the dominants, we must present an offering of food.”

“And that helps us how?” Amun, his face blackened with soot and smeared with dirt, tilted to rest against the tire of the car, appearing as frazzled as I’d ever seen him. The sight induced a belly laugh that wouldn’t be contained.

He took on a strange expression of one eyebrow cocked and a half-grin, as if he wasn’t sure whether to be amused or offended. “What?”

I waved him off. “Nothing, I think I’m just losing my marbles.” Rising up enough to see around the car to Rudy, I shouted, “Rudy, do you have any rodents in your truck? Rats or mice?”

“No,” he hollered back, “but I can call some for you.”

I nodded. “As fast as you can.”

Flapping came from our rears. Crackling. A blast tossed the front of a car up until it crashed down on its hood, crushing a Mazda behind it.

“Move!” I shoved at Amun and tugged Blake toward the back of the fetish shop, since it was much closer than the front where flames still poured out of the broken window. Amun kicked out with a startling force against the wooden door. It took three tries, but it finally gave. My, but he was strong. We rushed inside and crouched behind a cement wall beside a set of stairs leading down.

“What do you want the rats for?” Amun asked with obvious suspicion. “Tell me you don’t want one of us to go out there and dangle something for that thing to come and snatch, probably toasting us to a golden brown in the process? Because I think I’ve grown a healthy dose of sympathy for marshmallows right about now.”

“Don’t worry, Amun. I’m going, not you. We just need to listen for Rudy to come back, if he hasn’t chickened out and run for the hills. Hopefully rats like to hang out here and aren’t snapped up for evening snacks.” There was a reason the umikan stuck to small, normal pests, other than his ability to talk to them. Although he’d deal with the scarier stuff when the need called for it, he usually didn’t have enough courage to fill a thimble.

“What?” Amun palmed his forehead. “You can’t be serious.” He gestured toward the door. “Have you been oblivious to the destruction that thing caused just in the last ten minutes? It’s pissed, and I don’t think it’s going to care about some little morsel you offer it.” His frown tugged at his features. “Why are you smiling like that?”

I shrugged, hopped up on adrenaline and enjoying the sight of the great Amun Bassili squirming. “This is what I do for a living.”

“You’re enjoying this?” Both of his eyebrows jacked up.

“Yup,” Blake said, rolling his eyes and chuckling from deep in his belly. “Weirdest broad I ever knew. Takes a bit of starch outta the ole manhood, don’t it?”

I wiped the char from my hands onto my jeans. “To do a job one takes no pride in is a travesty, in my opinion.”

At Rudy’s shout from beyond the wall, I said, “Stay here. Don’t come out until I call or you could send the bat into fits again.”

About the Author:
Jocelyn Adams grew up on a cattle farm in Lakefield and has remained a resident of Southern Ontario her entire life, most recently in Muskoka. She has worked as a computer geek, a stable hand, a secretary, and spent most of her childhood buried up to the waist in an old car or tractor engine with her mechanically inclined dad. But mostly, she's a dreamer with a vivid imagination and a love for dark fantasy (and a closet romantic — shhh!). When she isn't shooting her compound bow in competition or writing, she hangs out with her husband and young daughter at their little house in the woods.

Daughters of the Sea... addresses the topic of adoption.

Daughters of the Sea
A Novel by Julie Eberhart Painter
Genre: Paranormal Romance

answer a simple question
at the end of this post.

Daughters of the Sea is about a love that transcends time. Before 1769, the Tahitians had sacrificed a warrior. But two women, native girl, Kura, and contemporary heroine, Laura, are destined to become the brides of Maui, the shark god, 243 years apart.

The year Captain Cook arrived was the first recorded sighting of the transit of Venus. Cook was sent from Plymouth, England to find new lands and document the astrological event by triangulating from three of the largest islands in Tahiti.

At the transit of Venus in 2012, Laura, a contemporary French teacher travels to Tahiti to search for her biological father, the last navigator to read the waves. The girls’ parallel lives clash in an aura of mysticism. Laura is haunted; Kura is doomed. Laura’s romance could end in a tragedy similar to her ancestor’s.

Author Bio:

Julie Eberhart Painter, a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, has seven novels in print. Previously, she worked with nursing homes as a volunteer coordinator and later as a community ombudsman. In 1988, she joined Hospice of Volusia Flagler in Daytona Beach and remained with them for 17 years. Julie’s volunteer jobs were the beginning of her surrogate family that she expands upon in her WIP memoir. Daughters of the Sea addresses the question of how adoption affects Laura who has lived with the lie for 25 years, as told by someone who’s been there.

Time permitting (Laughter here) Julie’s hobbies include duplicate bridge, music, dance, reading and world travel. She reviews books for a prestigious online romance review site, and is a regular columnist for Cocktails, Fiction and Gossip Magazine, an online slick. Bewildering Stories has published nine of her flash fictions tales.

PS: The readers who would enjoy this book are adventurers and romantics. I was inspired by Nomads of the Sea, a TV program about the Polynesians leaving Tahiti because of overcrowding and tribal warfare to settle other lands, such as New Zealand, Hawaii, Easter Island and the Cook Islands, all of which we have visited.

My name is Tallowbrand. Many years ago, too many for mortals to count, I inspired dread with my wizardly powers.

These were curtailed by one of my acolytes, Azriel. The she devil tricked me.

Now I am trapped within Dragonslair Island, waiting for the Deathbringer to free me.

Being trapped for a millenia gives me time to chat. So, settle back, what can I tell you about?

Ahh, the Chronicles of Caleath... A mix of science fiction and fantasy, dragons, shapechangers, magic,  swords, tallships, starships, and swashbuckling adventure.

I beg your pardon... you would like to meet a few of the characters?

Very well.. don't say I didn't warn you.

You have already met Caleath, surely. He's on the covers of the books. Don't get me started. He already has enough of a fan club.

Where's mine? I could tell you more interesting tales... I have been around far longer and through darker times... Let me tell you about the time I...

What? Merkaat, greatest of all dragons, what are you implying? Tsk tsk... of course these good people want to hear about my life. Why wouldn't they?

You? What are you suggesting?
Since you are able to make my life most unpleasant, I will aquiese to your suggestion.

Merkaat, now the magificent creature you see depicted in these feeble sketches, once faced my nemesis Azriel too. The dragon, then only a hatchling, was cruelly blinded by the witch.

Azriel's lust for power drove her to  betray her mentor.  Me.
Frustrated by my refusal to succumb to her beauty, passion, and talent, when she realised her magic could not  entrap me she turned to a more potent source.

While humans and mages expended all their energies battling dragons,  the devious sorceress searched for a means to trap me. She discovered a means to use the curse of dragon's blood. Should an unsuspecting human have the vile stuff come into contact with their flesh, the victim is consumed by a lethal lust for dragon's gold. Unless protected by Lathraine's Pledge of course. Sadly the ring wasn't in my posession.

Azriel used the blood shed when Merkaat lost her eyes for the dastardly purpose of ruining me. After battling and defeating the dragon lord Sharyac in those dragon wars, I succumbed to her evil scheme.

Hence I became the long term resident of Dragonlair Island. I have lived in more comfortable places. Let me assure you. Still...as spectral locations go...it could be worse.

Hmm. No.. I can feel my tongue turning black. I yearn for my freedom.

Even the shades of deceased dread lords have pride.
Being cooped up here among the brimestone, gold and dragon sorcery is torture.
After a thousand wretched years I made a  plea to the local diety, the One. I swore to serve the Deathbringer, if one would come and free me from this accursed prison.

Too often heroes arrive, only to fall prey to the dragon lord's warped magic, their accursed gold or their displays of power. I cannot give up hope. One day he will arrive and I will enjoy a new lease on freedom.

The Deathbringer can't get here soon enough for me.

If you share Tallowbrand's impatience, don't despair. You can find out how he fares in the Chronicles of Caleath.

Look for Books Five through to Eight.. the new adventures...coming very soon From Museitup Publishing...
Here is an unedited extract from Book Eight, ADRIFT: The Fragile Sun...where Caleath faces a few paranormal entities hungry for his blood. Enjoy...

Around him, the cavern pulsed with a steady heartbeat. Ground tremors shook the floor and settled the balance of gold displaced by his footsteps. Caleath rose into a crouch, holding the dark blade before him. Eyes adjusted to fading light but couldn’t focus on the weapon in his hands. He didn’t have time to think about the anomaly.

From every handbreadth of wall, roof, and floor strange creatures emerged. Caleath lifted the sword as he spun to watch the fiends’ arrival. The light vanished. Only senses tweaked by Lathraine’s Pledge showed his attackers. Fangs dripped with saliva. Claws clattered on stone while collective breathing, yammering, and yowling froze the marrow in his bones.

He stepped to one side. The tapering pillars, he now recognized as the ribs of a giant dragon. The sword he removed would have pierced the creature’s heart, had there been one. Now the ribs formed a cage around him and he needed room to move.

The return of mage power gave him hope. Stepping clear of the ribcage he kept his back to a pillar as the first scurrying daemons attacked.

“Tallowbrand! Merkaat, Dashveer!” His voice echoed in the cavern. For less than a heartbeat, the horde hesitated, before they charged with renewed vigor. Caleath’s blade swung, the dark steel pulsed with life as he severed limbs and battered the smaller creatures. “Tallowbrand!”

A collection of kobolds, harpies, ogres, and trolls closed in on him. More dead than alive, as individuals they weren’t hard to dispatch, but in the numbers they commanded Caleath failed to swing his blade fast enough to prevent their teeth and claws raking flesh.

“Merkaat, Tallowbrand, anyone…I could do with some help here!”
Before he finished speaking, Caleath regretted his plea. An answer rose from within him.

Discover Kay Dee, behind the Royal best selling author....Give-away opportunity...

Curvalicious Heroine meets mysterious Werewolves in Kay Dee Royal's Best Selling 'HOT' novel "Big Girls Don't Cry Wolf". For a chance to win a copy,  leave a comment!

Kay Dee, welcome  to my blog. Thanks for being here today. Congratulations on Big Girls Don’t Cry Wolf over all second best selling book at Muse. It’s great to have you here today.
Hello Rosalie! Thank you so much for having me today. I’ve looked forward to this visit.

Me too Kay Dee, I had so much fun at your blog the other day. :)

Other than ‘author’ what are three words you would use to describe yourself?
Wow, only three words? LOL.  Okay…career-wise, “editor,” “blogger,” “reader/promoter,” in that order. Outside of career, “Grandmother,” “wife,” “mother,” also in that order *grins*. Yeah, my husband doesn’t always like it either.

Do they influence you as a writer? Or the genre you write?
Everything I do, read, watch, touch, smell, taste, or dream about influences or inspires my writing…“everything.”

That is so true Kay Dee, I believe an author relies on their experiences to bring a believability to their writing. Even in paranormal and fantasy genres.
What is it about your chosen genre/s that fires up your muse?
Paranormal has been part of my life since youth, when I saw my dead grandpa (and it scared the crap out of me). I grew up on Sci-Fi, and Dracula, Werewolves, ghosts, telepathy, etc. I loved anything to do with the unknown or unexplained. I believe it’s the open-minded creative license that most fires up my muse. Making it plausible is the fun part for my Muse.

Goodness, seeing your dead Grandfather sounds like a story in itself. No wonder you chose this genre! I understand the creative license too!

You have a best-selling book with more about to be published, what inspired your Big Girls Don’t Cry Wolf?
What first inspired me was a call for submission to a Curvalicious contest about a heroine who is strong and confident in her plus-sized body. I loved the idea of it. There’s a twin aspect in my story as well, which came from a news clip I’d read regarding the abduction of “a” twin. It made me wonder what would happen to one without his/her other. And the location takes place at a rustic-like vacation resort. My favorite kind of places of all time.

I love your heroine, seeing herself as a larger person. Brea and her adventures with Grey make a great read. Obviously others feel the way I do.

Do you have a regime when writing? A special place, time, mood or do you snatch opportunities to pen ideas or write a few lines?
I’ve been writing full time for about ten years and I’m still working on a workable schedule for me. LOL
I’m not afraid to keep my hind-end in the chair, but selecting what’s a priority from my many irons in the fire is a whole other thing. I must love chaos. I always take a moment to write notes whenever they come at me. It’s usually the stars of my stories talking, telling me what comes next. I’ve learned to listen.

Does your Muse follow rules and plot lines or does she offer ideas on a whim?
Oh my. I write a Meet-in-the-Middle plot line, using Claudia Suzanne’s awesome little plot tool. (http://claudiasuzanne.com/) But, even with my fifteen lines of events, they change. Still, it gives me a starting point, a middle, and an ending so I have direction when I write my first word. It’s enough to streamline my focus. Also, if I stop for the day at a place where I know what happens next, I know I’ll start the next day in the flow of words (a Stephen King trick on how to never stare at a blank computer screen).
That's a great trick.
What are the most dramatic changes you have made to a story you have written? What prompted the change?
Under another name I write YA, there seemed a discrepancy with a few in my critique group, thinking my male protagonist came across too sensitive. I modeled him from a nephew, so I personally knew someone like that. I learned a tough lesson…my nephew isn’t like the average boy that age. So I went from first person, present tense, male protagonist, to third person, past tense, female protagonist. I’ve been working on this little gem for at least seven years. Geesh.

I know that feeling too. Hmm... Some stories write themselves, others take more effort.
Has there been one event in your life that changed/inspired your writing career? For example, meeting an author, finding a publisher, joining a critique group?
I virtually met an author/editor early in my career, Lea Schizas. I met her at MuseBigKids critique group, Muse On-line Conference, Apollo’s Lear magazine, bought her book on short story writing, took a couple of her on-line courses, ran into her here or there in different circles, until I heard she’d opened a publishing company. She’s been part of my writing life for a long time, so I took a leap of faith and submitted. AND, it did change my writing career. *smile*

She is a major influence on my career too!! :) Here's to Lea Schizas.
Would you like to tell us about the main characters of your book? Brea and Grey. Would you like to share an excerpt? Either or both… we are keen to learn more about Brea’s story.
Ahhh…Brea. She’s a caring soul, wants to help her adoptive parents, misses her twin, Belle, and has never had a serious love relationship. Her plus-sized body holds nothing in her head or heart. She’s unhindered by it.
Grey, alpha pack leader, (werewolf) has a twin, Blake, who plays the part of guardian for Grey’s well-being. Grey works hard at keeping the pack running smoothly, rarely plays, too responsible and committed. Nary a time to seek a lasting relationship, he remains mate-less, until...

Now more about the book... Big Girls Don't Cry Wolf...

Blurb:
After the tragic loss of her twin sister, Brea works hard to prove herself worthy of her adoptive parent’s extra attention. She focuses on the success of the rustic resort her parents deeded to her.
Priorities change when sexy twin wolves in human form walk into Brea’s life.
A dangerous rogue abducts her, but whom, if anyone comes to her rescue?

Excerpt:

Brea watched Grey’s truck drive down the dirt path until she couldn’t see it through the trees. She shivered, instantly missing the warmth of Grey’s body next to hers. She looked one more time down the path in case Grey changed his mind about leaving her.

Did I misread Grey’s intentions? Gads, I threw myself at him. Maybe he isn’t into oversized women after all. I’m such an idiot!

Brea stepped through the door of her little stone cottage. She’d never questioned her size before, always fit her just fine. Not questioning it now either. Right now she needed cozy. As crappy as she felt over Grey’s quick departure, her head throbbed like the residual effects of a hangover, but it didn’t hinder her from throwing a few logs into the fireplace. Once a nice flame got going, she absorbed the comfort of its warmth. She lay back on her divan in front of the beautiful stone hearth.

Brea pulled her favorite blanket with images of howling wolves over her and laid her head on a matching throw pillow. Her whole room reflected her love of wolves, through pictures, statues, lamp shades, and her shelves full of books about them. She needed their comfort right now to take away Grey’s rejection of her.

Brea closed her eyes for a moment, fighting an overpowering sadness.  Exhaustion finally pulled her into sleep.
* * * *
A haunting wolf howl crept into Brea’s dream. It wouldn’t stop; it was so loud…until Brea snapped awake. She sat up in darkness, not even embers glowed inside the hearth, moonlight streamed in through her sliding glass door with enough light to help her maneuver through the room. She went to the glass door to draw the curtains closed, but instead she was drawn to what lay beyond her porch.

Brea opened the door, stepped out, and walked over to the railing of her ground-level deck. She saw the light of the moon cut a path across the calm lake water to the sandy shoreline fifty feet away. Chilled damp air settled over her bare arms.

She glanced to the south tree line leading into miles of forest. Something shifted the shadows of the trees, maybe an animal hiding. She didn’t hear the rustle of dry leaves that usually accompanies animal movement in the forest.

A wolf howled a short distance from Brea. Its sound reverberated against the stone cottage wall behind her, sending a shiver from her skin into her bones. She knew wolves had been sighted a few miles away, but never at the resort. For as long as she’d lived in Northern Michigan, she’d never actually seen one. Now, she was about to have a very personal experience with one.

Brea had studied them enough to know not to move or she’d spook it. She heard it breathing and slowly turned to look. Wet, warm moisture carried on the slight breeze, settling on, around, and inside her.

The moon and all its light vanished behind an ominous cloud. Two glowing green orbs appeared to float in front of her. Somewhere in her consciousness she recognized the green eyes and the assailing breath.

A direct order, something she must do, jogged her memory, compelling her. She couldn’t look away. Her body became weightless, fluid and she wanted to follow. She moved forward, off the deck, following…following something that called her. She heard it and knew she must hurry.

Suddenly hands gripped her from behind, stopping her progress.

Another warm moist breath infiltrated her senses with the scent of pine, musk, and cloves. Her need to follow disintegrated like the ash of a spent campfire. Brea came awake in the middle of the forest. Strong arms wrapped around her waist.

“It’s alright, Brea. I think you were walking in your sleep.” Grey’s voice whispered through the layers of fog that began to break apart in her mind. “Brea, take a deep breath.”

Brea turned to face Grey.

“What…I’m…it’s night.” She couldn’t seem to grasp a total thought, other than being in the middle of the forest and in Grey’s arms. What was she doing here? What was he doing here?

Grey picked her up and carried her. She heard a wolf howl, so did Grey. He stopped and raised his face. Brea watched him sniff the air. She shrugged it off, her mind in no condition to make a judgment call of what he was doing, especially for something as strange as Grey sniffing the air.

The muscles in his arms tightened, squeezing her closer to him. He ran. How he could navigate through the trees in the darkness and carry her weight, Brea couldn’t fathom, but then her brain didn’t seem to be functioning with all lobes either. She closed her eyes and tucked her head into his shoulder, like a child in his arms, safe and loved.

Loved? Where did that come from?

Grey stepped onto Brea’s deck, walking through the open sliding glass door into her cottage.

“Gads, I left my door open?”

“Like I told you, I think you were walking in your sleep. Have you ever done that before?” Grey set Brea down on the divan and went back to the door to slide it closed. He switched on a small lamp in the corner and proceeded to re-build the fire in the hearth.

“I’ve never walked in my sleep that I’m aware of. I mean I’ve never woke up in the middle of the forest in the middle of the night. I guess I’m lucky you were there. Why were you there?”

Brea watched Grey’s sleek animal-like movements, stealthy, sure-footed, with muscles rippling. Again she saw him lift his head and sniff the air. His eyes glowed silver, reminding her of other glowing eyes and a shudder quaked down her body.

Kay Dee, Thanks so much for being here today. Great to ‘virtually’ meet you!
Rosalie, I always enjoy time spent with you ~ just a few days ago the virtual shoe was on the other foot. I had the honor of interviewing you and learning about the stars of your Exile series…fascinating, wild adventure. *smile* You can still visit Rosalie here: http://kaydeeroyal.blogspot.com/2011/12/rosalie-skinner-talks-about-her-exiled.html

It was great to be a guest on your blog too, Kay Dee. Thanks.
